Consumer Redressal

Dr. Praveen Mittal is denying to issue a medical certificate for 08th to 10th of June 2015; as I was examined by dr. and MRI of right shoulder was done in Synergy Hospital and a shoulder immubilizer is placed on 09th of June 2015 on my right shoulder and I was on rest on 10th of June 2015 also. Hospital authorities are not considering this seriously and Dr. was not issue a medical certificate as I was on leave onthe said dates, i.e. 08th to 10th of June 2015. I had a interaction with Dr. Gaurav on 11th of July and a discussion on date, i.e. 16th of July regarding for the medical certificate and Dr. Praveen Mittal was not entertain my phone. Is it the way or right approach to deal with a patient.
