Dear Sir, I, Manish Garg, was the ex-employee of ING Vysya Bank Ltd (Now Kotak Mahindra Bank), left the organisation on 06.05.2015 and got the entire EPF amount in my Saving account on 19.06.2015. And I opted for transfer of EPF proceeds option during exit process. Name- Manish Garg Employee No- 20657 Branch Location in ING Vysya Bank- Agra Complaint- During exit, I opted for transfer of EPF option on system but still same got credit in my saving account "by treating it as withdrawl" . This wrongful action of bank increases my income tax liability, thus ruined my EPF savings. When I raised complaint to MD and HR seniors of ING Vysya Bank, they send me the computer screenshot of my exit sheet where PF option was selected as "withdrawl", which is wrong, it shows the system error from ING Vysya Bank side. My Concerns: 1. Once I opted for transfer of EPF during exit process, how it becomes "Withdrawl" 2. Why my EPF amount credited to my saving account without my written consent or without submitting any EPF withdrawl form 3. I become liable to pay heavy income tax liability and ruined all my EPF savings which I kept for my child education, just because of system error. Request - to arrange the transfer of EPF funds in my VPF/EPF account of new employer, so that my income tax liability can be minimize. Warm Regards Manish Garg 9634197700
