Ordered for a Remote radio control helicopter 3.5 channel RC like toy from shopclues.com and paid Rs 849 in advance. On 09/07/2015 wrong and defective product was received.I ordered 3.5 channel rc heli but got a 2 channel helicopter with broken Throttle stick . Return request was posted immediately on same day alongwith images showing broken toy.The company is being contacted repeatedly over phone,initially they said no images have been received by them but now they have started denying any retun request.The My account section of their site clearly showing all the actions required undertaken by me.
