Dear sir.
This is to inform you that myself Biswajit Bhattacharyya ex employee of Cms securitas ltd vide emp I'd - 3105040 and pf no - MH/200282/3409. I have submitted my pf withdrawal form at Cms Kolkata branch on 10.04.15 to Mr. Ayan (hr executive). My full & final settlement from this company released on 27.05.15. But till date I have not received any pf claim amount. Kindly check from your end and inform me the status with amount. As discussed with the mentioned hr executive he already informed me that the pf is in process and you will get the claim after 45 days of settlement. 45 days already over and now the executives are not receiving my phone calls. I have withdrawn this pf for the purpose of my sister's marriage. Therefore request you to do the necessary steps to get back my pf claim.
