Dear sir I informed that my videocon haryana prepaid mobile no . 9467511281 On dated:11-7-2015 at 10:00 am my account balance is Rs.70 . But some hour my account balance is nil . I am call the customer care but no satisfied answer given customer agent . Answer said from customer care "your gprs data is nil so your balance is deduct" . But my gprs balance is 1170 Mb today . So you are requested that pls directly direction to videocon prepaid mobile service haryana for check the position and given my account balance immediately .
