Consumer Redressal

As per my knowledge, Idea has charged excess amount on previous month bill (i.e. June 2015). I contacted them on 12345 but did not receive any satisfactory response. The email id ccare.dl@idea.adityabirla.com provided by their customer care people always bounce back. Then I found another email id on their website and mailed and received response only once that they have charged one amount for excess GPRS usage and another for Data usage. When I asked for the difference between both of them, they have stopped responding. I received a call from one of the executives. I asked her the same question which I asked on the mail about difference between data usage and GPRS usage. she said there is no difference If so, how could you charge twice? In fact she told me that she will check the details & call me in half an hour. She called and told me that the amount has been charged for April month, while I have made all my previous dues in time. Kindly take the necessary action in this regard.
