On 04/07/2015 I tried to recharge the number +91-9434606726 with STV 136/- from bsnl portal (login id- soumyadonray). The transaction failed in first attempt and the amount was charged from my debit card. I was successful in the 2nd attempt. I lodged a complaint for refund of the failed transaction on the same day ( Transaction ID- TXE0407201519708, Complaint No- 1G04367120). However, in the complaint I also mentioned a failed recharge of Rs. 98/- but the same was received successfully after several hours. Currently I am bothered that I did not receive any refund till date for the failed transaction for which Rs. 136/- was charged from my account. I also called BSNL toll free customer care no- 18001801503 but the response was not satisfactory. Request to do the needful urgently.
