Online fraud of amount 30599Rs.
Hello,
I have paid 7999/- R's for the offer of the day option on 29-06-2015 through my credit card. And your executive who has done the process told me that no amount will be dedicated as I was told that I can go for 6 EMI's .But entire amount is dedicated from my account.
Again in the name of assured gift they have deducted amount of 22599/- Rs in the name of verification and when I asked they r not refunding my amount.
Even the same executive asked me about my customer number and password of my account.
I have discussed the same with the cyber crime police. So they told me to raise a complaint in consumer forum.
Kindly resolve the issue and provide the justice.
