Consumer Redressal

Today i.e 1st June 2013 i took a take away from KFC . I ordered veg but instead of veg i was served non veg. At home when i opened up the take away i didnt notice that and i had 1 chicken strip instead of veg strip.Later on my sister noticed that it was non veg. I immediately contacted the KFC outlet at oberoi mall mumbai. They told us that they will serve veg tomorrow. This is really bad response from the outlet. They just said sorry that too just for formality and told come on sunday we will serve you veg. We are pure vegitarians and the response from outlet is not satisfying..I have bills for the same also i have the leftovers of chicken strips.What shall be done in this case? .Thanks in advance Regards, Yash Bansal Contact No.9967156349
