I purchased a Lenovo laptop on18th October and they gave me Lenovo power bank of Rs 1099 as Diwali offer. I payed money on 27th October and somehow after denying several times company manage to deliver me power bank on 8th December. It was delivered without any warranty card etc. After two month power bank stopped working and when I contacted Lenovo they are just killing the time and no one is there to reply. I really depressed and feeling cheated. After all I have paid the price of Power bank and they should give warranty for that. You are my sole hope. Please provide justice to me.
