Subject-Complaint against online shopping site "Indianroots.in" Dear sir, I had ordered few items from Indianroots.in on 8 may 2015,order-no was 100093013. Items are partially delivered till date. in-spite of their confirmation that entire order will be shipped within 14 days- I am yet to receive my complete order.finally i had cancelled my order but they are not refunding my money. My another ORDER #100099710 was placed on indianroots.in on 29th may and that order is also pending. Whenever I try to contact them- they say The matter has been escalated to the concerned team and they will keep me posted with the order status. But they never informed me anything in-spite of my regular follow-ups. Kindly look in to the matter and resolve my issue Thanks
