I am Praveen Singh posted at Bhatinda in Army Department. I have facing issue for using function of Micromax mobile. So that i have given this mobile to autorised centre for repearing but this mobile was under the warranty period. Authorised centre suggested to me for replacement of this mobile from Head office within 15 days. So i had been submitted my hand set to authorized centre. i have followed 20 times for receiving my hand set from same authorised cente and Micromax company. I have registerd my complain to the Micromax customer care number which complain number is MMX240615519996 on dated, 24.06.2015. I still did not receive my handset. I am receiving different types of false commitment from the same.
