Dear Sir,
I tried book my ticket (ticket number RB-752015-153737) by red bus on 7Th may 2015 but my payment Rs 450 deducted from my account but ticket is not issued to me at the same time I got sms also (money will be return in 7 days)
But till time (2 Moths completed ) I have not receive my money,
sir,this i very serous issue, take corrective action on the same..
Do needful as earliest.
