Sir, This is for your kind information that I have purchased Cool Kid-4 T-Shirts + Track Pants + Bermuda by Taeko 7-8 years from HOMESHOP18 online and my order no is 972223573 and Invoice No. is GEMI/15-16/04774, date- 27-Jun-2015. I received the product on 01.07.2015. But, it is an unfortunate fact that the T-shirts are short in size for my son and those could not fit to my son.Hence, I lodged a complain to HOMESHOP18 on 05.07.2015 (as my son was not present at home from 1st July to 4th July)through their helpline contact no-18001800918 to exchange those products and my complaint no.-135586479.But, on 06.07.2015, one officer of HOMESHOP18 informed me over phone that those products could not be exchanged as 48 hours was over from the date of receipt of the product.But, I found in invoice slip that this condition is applicable for damage/defective products only. But, I lodged complain only for short in size and not for damage or defective products. Hence, I request you kindly help me.
