I have submitted my videocon mobile in the service center of patna frazer road for repair, my phone is in warranty. they promised me to repair my mobile within 10 days but today it is 25 day but they still that your mobile has not been repared yet. then i asked them the exact time. they told we have no information. call next day. I think that service center is fake.
