Greetings of the day. This is to take necessary action against Flipkart. com & United bank of India RKM Deva pratisthan branch through which I had purchased product through online debit card transaction on 14/06/15 & 27/06/15. After checking my up to date passbook I found the amount of Rs13558/- & Rs1920/- has been twice debited from my account.I asked my bank to get refund of that excess amount but Tull date no action has been taken. Kindly guide me the needful.
