sir/ma'am i had been using TIKONA WI-BRO/( RS.999 a month with 4 mbps speed upto 30 GB.) from august 2014. I got problems in march-may. my modem was not working and i used to call them each and everyday. they promised me engineer visit BUT over 15 days passed no one came. promised for a REBATE IN MY BILL. but nothing fullfilled they generted my bill of rs.2280 i repeatedly asked them to solve my issue expaining everytime the problem but no reponse. tried to speak to seniors but in vain. as the connection was on my father's name they repeatedly called him to pay not even bothering about my issue. i disconnected now a month or 2, i am getting calls from this number-8800892412- asking me to come to TEES-HAZARI COURT HARASSING ME AND MY FATHER. i am an IAS aspirant and my exam due in august and they have wasted my 2 and a half month, my money,my loss in terms of these plus the mental trauma still i didnt complained but now i really want them to learn the fact "THAT CONSUMER IS NOT A FOOL"
