Hello,
we have purchased flat in SR Oak Wood and it is nearing completion (after 6 months delay in possession). However, BESCOM has refused to provide electricity to our apartment saying that this job is not in their scope (builder has already taken BESCOM & BBMP approval). We have registered complain No IOS7H45617 with BESCOM however no action taken.
Pls help!
