Consumer Redressal

I had taken a loan for house repairing from united bank of India garden reach branch Kolkata-700024 on dated 11.10.2010. They have taken 1st EMI amount on commitment date within 10th of the month, but thereafter they didn't deducted the same EMI as per commitment for the period of 4 to 5 months and they continue charging interest on the outstanding amount, that's why we had to pay more interest. They have done this sevral time during the loan period. Inspit of EMI balance amount was always available in my linked account also they further charged inhance rate of interest of my loan instead of my fixed interest rate.
