dear sir,
my name is vikas kumar s/o Sh. Ashok Kumar R/o Siwan Gate Kaithal Haryana-136027. I have worked for for the above said company designated as Office Boy posted at idbi bank ltd. kaithal haryana-136027, from 28july2012 to May2014.
the company forced me to leave the job immediately without any notice in the month of may2014. after that when i went to the company office located at D-103, Phase-7, Ind. Area. S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab. to sign my EPF withdrawal via No. PBCHD00208610000004847. they refused to sign the EPF Withdrawal form. i am harassed to go here and there but nodbody is helping me. I am in need. pls. help me.
