Consumer Redressal

Sir/Madam I purschased a samsung Galaxy S duos(GT-S7562UWAINS) on 29th april 2013(*354905/05/740921/3*,*354906/05/740921/1*), within 2 weeks the phone reported complaint and I went to the nearest Samsung Service Centre(Tele Tech Samsung Centre, Muvatupuzha, Ernakulam District, Kerala), which is authorised. I submitted the phone and had a reciept and went home and the next day i came to collect the phone and they said it has been repaired and gave me to check them it showed the same complaint again, so i again gave back the phone and left. Next day I called them and enquired about my phone and they said that its board has to be changed and has to wait for two days to be repaired. After two days I called them I went to collect the phone, they said they didnt change the board but they replaced the lock button instead because it was the damaged part. When I checked it was fine and I left with the phone happily. But as soon as I reached home the same complaint again reported, I thought that moment that what were they doing with this phone for whole this time. I took a decision to request for replacement. Next day I went to the same service centre and told them the problem again has been shown on the phone they have repaired three time\'s and I requested them to replace the phone since it has been service for 3 times and the problem hasnt been solved. But against my voice they told surely they wont replace the phone since it has been used for more than a week. But what should I do with a phone that is of no use and is not working for me. So again for a time I went to the Company outlet(Samsung Smartphones, GCDA Complex, Cochin, Kerala) and reported the same matter and they did not give any response to my request and they told that they have nothing to do with it and told to contact the Delhi office. I have been walking behind this for a whole week. So kindly report this matter and take a severe action and kindly replace me with a new phone or refund me the bill amount .
