I would like to share that my previous Organization - Essar Projects India Ltd , has not deposited our PF money into the account since Aug 2014 . I have also changed my current organization as we were not paid our salaries too on time. My last working day at Essar was 5th March 2015 . I have been following up with them on mails for my PF amount & other full n Final settlements but there is no response from Essar Projects , which is simply unethical & unprofessional.
I am unable to transfer my previous PF balances as Essar has been sitting on our funds totally !!
Along with me there are many of my other colleagues on the same issues.
Pls suggest how could be get things settled as it is our hard earned money .
