I have taken a mediclaim policy(POLICY NO.4128i/HPR/82338038/01/000)(PREIMIUM PAID 23866) from ICICI
Pl. note recently my wife Mrs.Ranjana Sharma who is also covered in policy was admitted to hopital(institute of Liver & Biliary Scinces Vasnat Kunj New Delhi) in day care procedure for which she underwent for uppergastrointestinal endoscopy(UGIE)under profol sedation we have submitted all related documents/Bills related to treatment to ICICI referecnceno.given by them ICICIlom:2015053000545& claim no.220100310651but initially they told us that we are not covered to claim day care expenses but after showing them all documents(on 30th May 2015) they then start denying that patient (Ranjana Sharma) is not addmited in day care but she was admitted for above procedure as mentioned above(all related documents certified by Hospital/Doctor submitted to them) every time they are giving new excuse & harrasing us since last two Months latest they have given us fresh request.no.(2306
