Consumer Redressal

Hello Sir/Madam, I have a Vodafone post paid connection mobile no: 9051651205. I have registered full DND on this number intending not to be disturbed for advertisements and calls. From last 1.5 months (approx) I have been receiving calls from Citi Bank offering me Credit Card. Every time I have stated that I am not interested and also stated them once that I have a DND number and they should not call me. I have also requested them to delete my number from their database as I am not interested, but I keep receiving these calls from them almost every other day. These calls are very disturbing and irritating as how many times I can say the same thing and loosing patience. As these calls are done during my office hours when I am busy or having a meeting sometimes, I want them to compensate me for this mental harassment. I have received CITI bank calls from mostly 2 or 3 numbers, I have saved one of the number: 9804 248 216 I would like to put up a case against them, please suggest.
