Bought flat from the share of Land owner, constructed by Akhil Indo, its nearing 2 years now, Apartment is not yet completed and we have not received occupancy certificate, after sending two notices to office, he has come in the month of january and promised to complete the pending works in 2 months time. Until now he has not done anything. Now i came to know that he is not having any office to contact him and he is not answering anyone calls and replying to the texts sent to him.
How should we address this issue, he mortgage property is not been released yet, All the owners have pooled in money to get the House numbers to get registered.
please help us in thie regards.
