Consumer Redressal

I had a cable connection of HATHWAY with the set top box card no. 0000 6327 8014 . Since February 2015 every now and then all the channels used to get off and it would continue for days. Hence I have stopped availing the service from April 2015. I had asked my cable operator for refund of the set top box money. He refused and asked me to approach the company. About 2 months back I had a talk with their customer service executive and he assured me that he will talk with my cable operator for the refund. Since then I have received no update over it. Despite my repeated requests neither the company HATHWAY has responded to my mails (to prangshu@hathway.net) nor has refunded the money so far. My Cable Operator's details..
