I have purchased Micromax canvas Spark Q380 for Rs.4999 /-through online on www.SNAPDEAL.COM with Cash on delivery options on 27 May 2015.Order Number/ ID-6491427891 but after 5-6 days i get to know that my mobile is having some Technical problem like Overheating, Not Enough Memory for Installation of Application, and the was Hanging Automatically so i contacted to SNAPDEAL.COM helpline No-09212692126 but my call was answered that time then i make another call on 13 June 2015 and make Complaint(Complaint no 02842096/ Ticket No-19646211) for replacement of Mobile Handset then SNAPDEAL.COM Helpline Executive agreed for replacement . but after that i check another Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 of my Friend and i get to know that this handset model MICROMAX CANVAS SPARK Q380 is having so many issues so i make cal
