Iam using airtel dth my cust id is 308163179 with 2 setup boxes.on 30th june 2015 I had recahrged my account with INR 3470 FOR A YEAR subscription but due to some reason I got a msg that same cannpt be happened and pls contact the customer care.while talking to Cust care it was come under my notice that my account is charged till nov 2015 for both the setup boxes and I also gave my consent for the same over phn .but on 4th june my 2nd box is out of service nd when I contacted airtel to get it activated they are asking me deposit rs 100 more to get the same activated even when I have asked fir refund of my amount tbwy have advised me to deposit some Rs250 .Request you to kindly look into the matter as till time neither my connection is activated or my has been refunded to me.
