Consumer Redressal

This is to inform you, that we have purchased a tata voltas split ac last yr and it has started creating problem. It is throwing water when it is being used. It is covered under warranty and we have filed a complaint many a times but with utter dissatisfaction I have to say that no heed is paid to our complaint, It has become a daily routine to call on a toll free number and repeatedly telling the entire case history to whosever attend the call. This is not only causing sheer inconvenience to us but also wasting our valuable time. This complaint is almost 4 weeks old. 2 weeks back some technicians visited and they were in such a hurry that they didn’t wait for even half an hour to ensure that problem is not replicated and the moment they left, the problem again started and till then the issue is pending. Later, when we contacted again on toll free number, the representative of your company told us that the entire shuttle of the ac will be replaced within 2 days, as that part is defect
