Consumer Redressal

On 28th of June i purchased a trouser from the above mentioned mall where the offer was buy one get one free. So i selected two trousers where i was not at all comfortable with one black colored trouser. So i informed the same to the person named (Mithu). He told me that after the waist alteration the trouser will be absolutely ok. So i was convinced with him and purchased that trouser. When i went to took the delivery for the same i found that the trouser is not at all comfortable after the alteration also. So i requested the person to exchange the same or to do something with trouser. But he told to talk to his manager who will be present on monday (6.7.15). in such a circumstance kindly help me to get a replacement for the trouser.
