We have place an order in Amazon(Order #402-1362519-0200346)for "Woodland Men's Camel Leather Sneakers - 10 UK' on 12th May'15 and 2 days later we have received a mail as the order has been cancelled.
Again, on 30th Jun'15 we have placed an order for the same item(Order #402-1362519-0200346) which is available in stock. We have received the item on 2nd Jul'15 but not the item as what we have ordered, we have place the order for CAMEL color, but received(Olive Green/Khaki), another surprising issue is the coluor mentioned on box as 'CAMEL'.
We have login to Amazon site on yesterday(2nd Jul'15) night and updated the same in amazon with clear remarks and selected a option to replace with exact what we have ordered.
We have chosen the option to pickup the item between 9AM-1PM on 3rd Jul'15 and the pickup schedule confirmed by you also, even no one come to pick of the same and no one call received regarding the different item delivered.
