I have submitted my complaint a few days ago, still waiting for an appropriate action.

Sir,
I have purchased a mobile set MICROMAX X2791 vide C/Memo No. EL18/Q001746 dated 25.05.2015 from
M/S. Eastern Logica Infoway Ltd.,
EMALL, 6, Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata - 700 072
PH: 033-30940000, e-mail: info@easternlogica.com.
Since purchase the mobile was not working properly and complaint was lodged with the seller and was attended by the
authorised service centre of manufacturer:
M/S. Sun Infosolutions vide receipt no. 208 dated 29.05.2015.
Still, the mobile is not working properly, which was informed to the seller and request was made for replacement against
the (newly purchased) faulty set, which was refused by the seller.
Being aggrieved for getting a faulty set against newly purchased and refusal by the seller for replacement,
Appeal for redressal and arranging replacement of the newly purchased faulty mobile set.
