Consumer Redressal

This is regarding the order number 2015-06-04-052332 (2 burner glasstop stove) purchased from STOPCJ. The product which they sent is entirely different so when i called the call center they have asked for pictures which i have sent later they told that they will take the product back on 14th June. But till now there is no response. I have called may times simply they say that i will get a call back in 24 hrs and issue will be solved which i have not even got a single call. i spent more than 300 rs for my mobile calls itself (each and every call conversation has been recorded). Help me in this regard.
