As i am working in Reliance Retail Past 5 years before, after that i submit my docuts for PF they issued my PF Cheque under CSA and Supervisor variant. In that case i received my CSA Designation PF amount but that Supervisor PF is didnt credit. there after i submit my Resubmission form for that PF amount, but i didnt get solution for it.I asked my HR and HR Team but they didnt provide proper response. SO kindly reticfy that issue Cheque No 956377, Date 26 May 2011, Amount Rs.10700/-
