I have requested for cancellation of Airtel mobile number# 8585888237 on the month of May and got response call from Airtel and I confirmed that I don't want to continue. However I recently came to know that the number was not cancelled and when I asked them why the connection was not cancelled, they told that I confirmed previously that I wanted to continue with the connection (which I did not) and also asked me to pay a month bill to cancel. Therefore I need your help to resolve this issue ASAP. Please find details below:
