Dear Sir, I have took personal loan from HDFC & Fullerton India for Medical Emergency. Unfortunately the purpose is no more exist and I want to re-pay that amount in whole to both.As my first EMI is due in June, banks are not ready to take back the loan amount on the ground of agreement & saying to pay the EMI for minimum 6 months.Kindly advise how should I proceed to close the loans without paying EMI but am ready to pay the interest applied with foreclosure charges. Awaiting for earliest & favorable reply.
