I have bought a Sony Bravia TV set from Ezone on 10/06/2010 vide Cash memo nr: T5/9034 . The model is KLV-32EX300, Product code is 4905524635551. The TV screen is found to be burnt within a span of last 6 months. Initially when it started, complaint was logged but no action was taken. And now when the damage has incresed to maximum, Sony India is demanding charges without any written explanation or any proper written justification on the matter. All documents related with the complaint can be furnished as may be required. I want the forum to address the issue and resolve the same
