I had purchased clothes from a Brand Factory Outlet situated at Rajarhat, Kolkata on the 31st of March 2015. I had been promised of getting Gift Vouchers worth Rs. 500 on every purchase of Rs. 2500/- or above. The gift voucher code would be delivered to me by an SMS on my phone number but I have still not received it yet. On reporting about the same to the Brand Factory manager, I have not yet received any reply from them. I have 3 invoices on which I should have received the vouchers but I have not yet received any of the said vouchers.
