Consumer Redressal

I purchased a shoe for my wife from Nike Factory Store at Godhbunder Rd. Thane on 11/1/15 for Rs.3500, from first use the shoe started biting and caused blisters in both feet making it impossible to wear them. I lodged complaint at purchase point on 06/05/15, we were informed that it would take 7 days to attend but they did not decide even for over 1 month inspite of repeated reminders. On contacting consumer cell at Nike internet site, they sent a link which clearly indicates their high handedness in handling complaints.( https://help-all.nike.com/app/answers/detail/article/contact/lang_local/en_in/a_id/16775). After repeated follow up and threat to go to Consumer Forum and Police, they finally returned the shoes after rejecting the complaint. I had to buy another shoe for Rs.5000/ due to this delay. I would like to lodge a complaint against Nike for supplying defective/dangerous shoe , causing me mental agony by delaying decision and their consumer complaint policy _dominant position
