i order titan watch on paytm.i received order no 1030216945 on 23 jun. parcel have not weight so i open it front of courior guys.when open i shocked there is nothing in box.so i requested to courior guys return back this.but they refuse and talking his heigher orthirity and also talk the courior company says they are not reponsible for thish because parcel is seald pack so this wendor fault so i complain to paytm and i received return email your problem will be resolved in 72 hours but this is 5days go on issue not solved and i contect every day to paytm customer care they every time issue is resolved within 48 hours. now i furstated
