Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, DAKSHYA GROUP (SCO 5, (Level-1), Ranjan Plaze (Near Big Bazar) ZirakPur Punjab Mob. No. 7696517831). Reg. No. BR-40 On 12 April 2015 Dakshaya Group called me to Visit in there office. I came specially from Himachal to Chandigarh (Zirakpur). On 13th i registered there. I submit RS 2000 for registration. After that they told me i have to submit RS 10,500 (as a one month salary of HDFC Bank Clerk) to conduct the Interview by the Officers of HDFC Bank. But, they didn't conduct my Interview. Now after 2 and half months they just refund RS 4720 only. According to there terms and conditions they will have return my whole Payments. It means they have to return Rs 12,500. On this Monday i have to submit my fee in Times Pro Modern Banker Programs. But, i have no money. They destroyed my carrier. Now i planing to took the help of Consumer Court. I need my whole money Back RS. 12,500.
