I had applied for airtel Broadband connection on 9th june. I received call from customer care asking for address.I asked thrice whether it is possible to install at my location or not.Then i made online payment as said by executive.Then on next day i received call from airtel asking for document submission. I sent the documents via email. Then next to next day again i received call saying connection is not possible in ur area.From that day i have called Customer care almost 15 times.But they fooling me saying you will get ur refund back within 2-3 days. I had made the payment om 9th june and today is 27th june but still i haven't got my refund. Hoping you guys can resolve the problem.
