We have purchased an AC compressor on dt. 30-05-2015 from Sima Enterprise (3A, Nayapatty Road, Kol-55, Ph.65402963/73) Authorised Service Partner (Carrier Midea India) on recomendation of Mr. Vikash Ch. Saha (9831731850) Prop. of Sima Enterprises for Rs.12000.00 of 2 Ton Capacity of Carrier Brand. They reffered us to replace the AC compressor during service on dt. 18-05-15 as the compressor is defective. On there recomendation we have purchased the compressor and installed by them also and they assured us the problem of cooling is solved. But the problem is not solved. We find ourselves cheated.
