Consumer Redressal

I have purchased iphone 4s charger along with headset kit from askmebazaar.com and the product what i have got in iphone5cs charger.it should have been delivered to me on or before 29th may but i have received the product on 2nd june as i was on the official trip when i came back and checked the product.i found it imperfect.so i called the customer care executive but he replied that you should have communicated within 48 hours,my sister called them the day we have received the product but they kept her on waiting for longer duration.another product i have received from the same company askmebazaar.com,that is my iphone portable charger from askmebazaar.com but the product doesnt work.mah of the product is 20400 but it cant even charge iphone once. I have mailed to help@askmebazaar.com but no one had replied till now.i would request you to look into the matter and do the needful. My order for MI portable charger is AB2978299 and for the iphone kit AB2979184. Thanks&Regards Ashish
