Consumer Redressal

Ref : EV - II - Unit No R0190F30501 in the name of AR Subramanian (1030418) You may refer to my mails from time to time with regard to my booking in EV II Unit number indicated above in your project . As the project is apprantly delayed beyond a reasonable time and thereby the project developers could not assure the delivery as per the schedule indicated in the allottment letter for the said unit. In the meanwhile, you have also reported to have changed my unit number and location on your own without my consent. In view of the failure of the project being delivered to me as per the terms of allottment, I am constrained to cancel / withdraw my booking with a request to return the amount so far deposited by me alongwith a interest rate of 18 percent as per the terms of allottment on either side. In case I do not get the response with refund as per the terms, I would be constrained to appraoch the appropriate Consumer Forum, Competition Commission and other authorities.
