Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I had paid Rs.499/- to Hindustan Times towards annual subscription on 29/01/2013. Even after paying full amount in the month of Jan, my circulation of newspaper started only in the month of March 2013. For 2 months i received the newspaper regularly, but again in the month of May 2013, my vendor stopped the circulation claiming that since i have not submitted them subscription coupons they are not authorized to circulate the newspaper. Based on this i contacted Hindustan Times and asked them about my subscription coupons & have also lodged 4 complaints with them in a period of 10-12 days but till date no action has been taken from their side. They informed me that due to some changes in their internal system, coupons have not been handed over to the customers. I also provided them the contact details of my vendor & requested them to talk to them & explain them and instruct them to re-start the circulation, but they are only giving false promises that it will start soon.
