I had purchased front loading samsung washing machine 7.5 kg in banglore about three years back .all of sudden plastic handle which opens front door broke down and I complained to customer care centre on 21/06/2015 complaint no 8431248424 and have been pursuing on daily basis but unfortunately issue remains unresolved the service provided by samsung is hopeless and they have no concern for customers after they sell the product this is neither expected nor acceptable
