Dear team,
I had booked Mi power bank 10400mAh silver (order no 992476226)through Paytm , but i had recevied gold charger.
Package of charger is also damage at time of delivery.
Also performance of charger was not good. I had observed that even though i had charge fully i could not charge my phone which have better of 2600 mAh half only.
Even after one month of continues followed with Paytm, They did not pick the default power bank.
Every time, I had called Paytm help desk, I got same answer that within 3 days we will pick up form your home but after one month no one come.
Kindly take necessary action against them.
