I purchase 2bhk in chawl from Riddhi-Siddhi Homes Builders & Developers in 6.00 lacs in 30 months EMI scheme.
For that I gave him 2.25 lacks down payment. At the time of EMI, I found that Riddhi-Siddhi Homes Builders & Developers is totally fraud. He close all his offices & switch off all his mobiles & landlines.
Also most of the people filed a case against him in Manpada Police Station, Dombivali - East.
So please look into this matter
