I placed Order # 100072509 for a apir of shoes on 1st june which they cancelled on 11th however didnt refund the money till yet. I have send atleast 12 mails for which they are not replying not even grievance department.
please help in claiming back my money and if possible then the compensation against the pain i have received from them.
